I believe this to really be a quality program and I have taken my time to explore this fully. I have spoken with both support as well as I have even spoken to Owners in the company before I brought this to you as I wanted to be very sure that this is one of THE PROGRAMS for us and from all that I have seen, read, heard, investigated, tested.......This has come though TRUMPS so far.

I see your number as 120,000+....does that mean there are that many people already in the program? How long has this program been in pre-launch?

A.
No, those ID's are not sequential as I'm told.  My sponsor has id 100052 I believe and he hasn't joined too long ago.  The numbers do skip.  This just launched July 1st but the company has been around for 14 years but not as a structured MLM per say.

In fact they said only 500 members initially will go in company rotator but my sponsor said that they expanded it to 600 so that tells you there is less than 600 so far

ok, I am just trying to cover everything here as I will use all of this to help answer all of my downline's questions....so what exactly is a founder then?

A.
Yes, the founders will be added to the company rotator as well as 2 months of their signal service and you get a free ticket to the convention.  Also, all of the training and trading room is all included.  You also get a fast start bonus of $400 for each sale.  Also, of course you get a great position in the 3X8 matrix where a lot of the retail customers will come in after all of the founders.  There will be paid media to help with the promotion and given to the founders as signups.

Ok great , now is there any aspect of this program you feel worried about from a legal point of view or does it seem like this is 100% legal and compliant?

A.
Those were the same questions I posed to my upline as I'm not going to promote something that won't last.  The answer to that question is yes.   The Commodities and Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) says that signals can be sent as long as they don't have any access to your account as far as how much funds you have in your account. As long as the person manually/voluntarily allows the trade to be executed than it's perfectly legal. 

If it wasn't the Metatrader platform would not have that feature of having an Expert Advisor.   It's NOT a managed account so they do not get commissions.  They are not a broker so they don't have to be licensed.

All we are doing is piggybacking on there trades and is perfectly legal.  As my mentor is going to allow that feature as well but at a $5,000 opening account so yes, it's legal.  Also, of course with MLM laws you have to have so much percentage of retail customers and they will have probably more retail customers than distributors so they will meet that requirement as well.  They will more than likely retain more customers because why would you not continue with your subscription if you are making great money. 

It's a no brainer.

Excellent , now what is entailed in setting up a trading account to actually benefit from these signals and how much does one have to fund this account to actually make it worth their while?

A.
Setting up a trading account is very simple.  I use FXDD but you can use any company that offers the MT4 platform.
I recommend starting anywhere from 500 to 1,000 and go from there but different trading companies offer various amounts, some as low as $100.
 
You can access your funds very readily so it's not a long drawn out process.  Usually for one to open an account you would have to fill out an application and may have to send documentation for proof of identity and such. 

This is for legal reasons in the states but I dont' know what the requirements for other companies. The more money you have in your account of course the more leverage you can achieve.

Ok and you can withdraw this money how...bank wire or are there other options?

A.
Bankwire or via credit card.  Typically if you fund your trading account with a credit card you can withdraw to that credit card or bank wire.  There are other deposit methods as well.  It varies by company.

Now, I just want to make something very clear.  I want to be honest with you as always.  They have just started the signal service this past week and are testing things out to make sure there are no bugs in the system.  So the trades they are doing are not huge trades so I don't want you to expect huge profits every day for the next week but to expect it to ramp up considerably. 

Also, there may be losses on days but that's to be expected.  If anyone says otherwise they are lying.  Remember that if there trades are not profitable the business can't be supported and will eventually see it's demise.  Chris Terry is not going to let that happen as he's a very excellent trader

Ok that was my next question as I know that you have experience here so was going to ask what you thought of their signal service....now I want to put you on the spot...you of course cannot give specifics but from your experience, what sort of returns are usual from trading forex once you know what you are doing?

A.
The signals are working perfectly.  You can turn them off/on anytime you want and you can trade less than what the master trader is trading or you get increase your trade.  It's basically a setting on your MT4 trading platform. 

My experience, you can make a full time living with just a $2,000 account.  More than likely with a $2000 account you are trading mini's which is $1 per pip (movement in price) so if you traded for instance 5 mini lots you would earn $5 per pip.  Generally it's very easy to get 10-20 pips per day more than likely 30-50 per day. 

The higher the time frames the bigger the price movement so therefore the bigger the pips.  Also, once your account grows you can leverage it more so that you can increase your lots from mini to a standard account where 1 pip of price movement gets you $10. 

So yes realistically you can earn a very good living with Forex as I'm doing right now.  Generally I get anywhere between 15-30 pips very day average.

Yes everything you said above is correct.  Also they are paying us commissions on the 2 months of service from the $1500 initial fee.  So basically 7% on $494 (2 moths of signal service).

Unlike most other MLM's because let's face it most fail 98% do and that's not going to change.  Network marketing in general is broken but when you have two powerhouses combined it can be a very profitable venture.
